Are you having a hard time dealing with your thoughts and emotions? Trouble concentrating on your studies and maintaining healthy relationships? Then this course might be something for you! As a participant in this course, you will be provided with a variety of practical tools and strategies. You will learn skills that will help you pivot towards a richer and more meaningful life! Starts on February 27th, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. The course will run for six Tuesday afternoons: February 27th, March 5th, March 12th, March19th, March 26th and 2nd of April 2024.
