Add the experience of being swept away in a top class stand-up comedy show and you get a taste of the semesters first Culture on Campus will bring!

Come join the joy of entertainer Carl Tillenius, known from f.i television show Talang (Sweden's got Talent) and comedy clubs such as Norra Brunn in Stockholm.

30 minutes of humor and magic to remember in the University Library 12.00 on Wednesday 11 of March!

(Please note: the show will be held in Swedish!)

Protecting forests and livelihoods in conflict areas with your help

Henrik Flodhammar, a former teacher and Ph.D. Candidate at Jönköping University, shares his experience from an 18-year project of natural forest regeneration in Panama as well as information

on the latest developments on how apps can be used – by us and local activists - to protect the environment and monitor tree growth on a global scale.

Henrik has worked for the United Nations and SIDA, as well as with NGOs and the private sector on sustainable forestry for the last 20 years. This work has included wildlife

conservation of rhinos and elephants in Asia, as well as the ongoing exciting work of forest regeneration in Panama - last year a jaguar was spotted in the regenerated forest!
